We describe every piece as accurately as we can — metal, weight, dimensions, stone weight and finish. Our pieces are handcrafted, so small variations between an individual item and its photograph are normal and are not defects. Screen calibration affects how metal colour and stone tone appear; we are happy to answer questions or send an additional photograph before you buy.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are the prices in effect at the time you place your order. Prices and availability can change without notice, and stock is limited. If a piece sells out or a price is listed in error, we will contact you before charging you and either honour the order, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund in full — your choice.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and dispatch the piece. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a piece is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are not charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Yehood does not receive or store your full card number. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you enter. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipping terms, timeframes and insurance are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our published return policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Made-to-order, engraved, resized and personalised pieces are produced specifically for you. Timeframes are estimated in advance, and these pieces are treated as final sale except where they arrive defective or materially not as described.
The Yehood name, logo, product photography, designs and site copy are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission. You may share links and images for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of that is happening.
The site links to and relies on third-party services — including our payment processor and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
Each piece is inspected before it ships and is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects as described in our return policy. Beyond that and beyond what applicable law requires, the site and its content are provided as they stand. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
