For an existing order, include your order number and the email used at checkout and we can look it up directly. Shipping questions, sizing, and chain-length changes before dispatch are all handled here.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. See the return policy for what we can offer — all sales are final, but manufacturing defects are made right.
We take a limited number of custom pieces — metal changes, alternate chain lengths, and bespoke Merkabah sizing. Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know whether it is something we can make well.
Stockist and press enquiries are welcome at the same address. Please mention the outlet or store in your first message.
