Effective September 2, 2026
Yehood ships within the United States, including all 50 states. Every order leaves our workshop in Los Angeles, California. We do not currently ship internationally — if you are outside the U.S. and want a piece, email team@yehood.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Shipping is free on every U.S. order. There is no minimum, and there are no handling or packaging surcharges added at checkout. The price shown on the product is the price you pay, plus any sales tax that applies.
Made-to-order, engraved, custom-sized and personalized pieces take longer than the handling window above. We give you an estimate before we begin the work, not after.
Every parcel ships fully insured for the value of the piece and travels with tracking. Higher-value orders are released only against a signature. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves us.
If tracking stalls or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us at team@yehood.com and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please keep all packaging until the claim is settled. Carrier delays caused by weather, customs or events outside our control are not something we can guarantee against, but we will stay on it with you until it is resolved.
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it before you complete the order — once a parcel is in the carrier's hands we cannot reroute it. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will try to intercept the parcel before it ships.
Shipping is one half of the story; what happens if a piece comes back is the other. See our return policy for the terms that apply to returns and exchanges.

Judaica jewelry is often bought with a date in mind: a bar or bat mitzvah, a wedding, a naming, a holiday table. Shipping is therefore part of the purchase, not an afterthought. This section explains how to plan a domestic order around the occasion instead of against it.
For the specific carriers, rates, and processing terms, the policy details on this page are the reference. What follows is practical guidance for buyers who want a piece to arrive well and on time.
What to check before you order
Timing around holidays
Carrier volume rises before Hanukkah, Rosh Hashanah, Passover, and the general year-end season. If a piece is meant for any of these, order earlier than you think necessary. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are the figures to rely on, and they are best treated as a planning aid rather than a promise for a specific hour.
How fine jewelry travels
Chains, clasps, and settings are the most vulnerable parts of a small piece in transit. Good packing keeps each object separated, secured, and cushioned, and a parcel that feels light is no cause for concern. Because jewelry carries real value for its size, a signature on delivery may be required, so it helps to know who will be home.
When the parcel arrives
A little foresight is usually all that separates a smooth delivery from a stressful one. Order early, confirm the address, and inspect the piece on arrival; the rest is handled in transit.
