Due to the handcrafted nature and high value of our Merkabah pendant necklaces, Yehood does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Every piece is inspected for quality before shipping.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographs of the defect. At our discretion, we will offer either an exchange for the same item or store credit toward a future purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be shipped fully insured via a trackable carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail with insurance). Yehood is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
